Anthony David Gonzalez, a former American tight end who played 17 seasons in the National Football League. One of the NFL's most effective tight ends, and third-best overall receivers, he has been recognized as the NFL's most effective tight end, in terms of receptions, yards he has received, made, etc.
   Tony Gonzalez, a former Kansas City Chiefs All-Pro and Atlanta Falcons All-Pro Tight End is currently a FOX Sport Studio analyst. Gonzalez has been as a guest on FOX NFL KICKOFF (FOX's hour-long NFL pregame broadcast prior to FOX NFL the SUNRISE), which is broadcast each Sunday at 11:00 AM ET throughout the NFL season.  
    Gonzalez's claims of retiring from the NFL after the year 2013 wasn't true. On the 15th of March 2013 Gonzalez signed with Falcons a 2-year contract for $14 million.
